Cairo by Plane from Sharm El Sheikh

Horizon Pyramids Team coordinator will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh in the very early morning to escort you to the airport heading to Cairo. Your Horizon Pyramids Team meet you in Cairo to start your remarkable day by visiting the Pyramids of Giza. The Great Pyramid is the only present-day survivor of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, they are among the world’s greatest tourist attractions and never lose their ability to inspire and overwhelm visitors. You will also get the chance to explore the inside of the Great Pyramid which will be the highlight of the day.

Camel Ride (At your discretion): No trip to Egypt would be complete without a ride on a “ship of the desert”, and so you will have an opportunity to mount your individual camel for a short ride across the desert of Giza.

The Sphinx: Enter the temple of the mysterious Sphinx which embodies the body of a lion and head of a king. To get to the sphinx you will walk through the only preserved valley temple in the area meant to be the spot for mummification process in ancient Egypt.

Then, you will enjoy having lunch which will be served in a local restaurant.

Later in the afternoon, continue your marvelous trip by heading to the Egyptian Museum which features thousands of artifacts covering the history of Egypt from  Pre-historic era till the Graeco-roman times. The building of the museum itself is a monument as it was fully opened 1902.

After this remarkable day, our coordinator will escort you back to Cairo Airport back to Sharm El Sheikh.
